Linda got her first singing experience in high school at the age of 15 when she joined her first band. When the manager asked her parents if she could join they said no but guess where she went anyway after school...

Since then Linda has done a lot of growing, and a lot of singing. She graced the cover circuit for years booking her own acts that she put together, while building her songwriting skills and recording at-home demos.

Prior to the release of "Inside the Ocean" in 1999 Linda retired the cover-singer title and formed a 5 piece band to compliment her style. Her 12 song debut, written by her own pen and guitar was met with full page newspaper reviews, uplifting web reviews and heartfelt letters from fans.

The C.D. was shopped to radio mainly on the West Coast of Canada by guess who - Linda herself and a few friends. To her credit she was able to get commercial airplay for her song "Building Walls" and some even took it on for a serious spin, giving it medium rotation on their stations.

Her song "Concrete Jungle" held the number one spot in Canada on mp3.com, and overall her C.D. has had a lot of success.

Linda is now concentrating on the release of her next C.D. "A Ghost Like Me", to be released soon.
