Formed May of 1995, the trio E.B.E have become one of the most distinct sounding local bands in the Vancouver area. Through the incorporation of diverse musical styles, E.B.E have created a unique sound which features souped-up drumming, funked-out bass lines, and wah-flooded guitar riffs. Their performances create exciting, atmospheric experiences full of raw energy, blistering solos, and unmatched musicality.

Since their formation, E.B.E have won the Tri-Cities Battle of the Bands three years in a row, the last of which earned them a spot opening up for The Matthew Good Band as well as The Todd Kerns Band, (formerly known as Age Of Electric) on May 8th, 1998 at the Coquitlam Sports Arena. E.B.E again opened for the MGB on October 29th, 1998 at Simon Fraser University in support of the Midterm Mayhem food drive. In addition, E.B.E also played to a packed house at The Yale (Vancouver's own "Home Of The Blues") on May 23rd, 1999 as part of their Sunday Night Showcase, as well as being selected as semi-finalists in the pop/rock category for Write On '98, an annual event showcasing the latest in local music & talent.

In September 1998/1999, E.B.E were honored to perform at the Terry Fox Hometown Run, as well as headline a benefit concert to help homeless youth in Vancouver. In addition to headlining the 1998 Harmony Collective (a concert whose benefits went to cancer research), E.B.E also entertained spectators at the 1998 & 1999 Kwayquitlum Fun Run.
